Retro Game Art

When mobile games first started to appear I worked on a few retro games art projects. I worked with Namco Networks to adapt their classic arcade games Pac-Man, Miss Pac-Man, Super Pac-Man, Galaga and Dig Dug to mobile phones. The goal was to make playing these old classic games on your small mobile phone screen as true to the arcade experience as possible. I took the original asset character sheets and resized and redrew them so that they looked as good as the original at the many different mobile phone sizes. Then I broke them back into their respective characters sheets.
